In your role as Head of Energy and Railway Technology, you will take responsibility for our electrotechnical systems and, together with your team, shape the technical future of the Jungfraubahnen.

Your tasks
Technical, personnel and organizational management of the Energy and Railway Technology department
Leadership and further development of the organizational unit with 4 directly subordinate employees and around 30 employees in the area of responsibility
Ensuring safe, economical and sustainable operation of the electrotechnical systems
Maintenance and investment planning in the area of energy and railway technology
Coordination and ensuring of energy trading (tariff systems, supply contracts, connection fees etc.)
Management and client representation of investment projects
Participation and representation of the company in internal and external specialist committees
What you bring with you
Degree as an Electrical Engineer FH or Technician HF Electrical Engineering as well as further training in business administration
Subject-specific further training in the field of energy supply, railway technology or infrastructure systems
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment
Experience in managing investment and infrastructure projects
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong organizational and planning skills
Convincing personality with high social competence, assertiveness and enjoyment in leading employees
