In doing so, you work closely with customers, coordinate internal teams and supplier companies, and manage projects according to clear guidelines. We act consistently according to the principle of fairness and take responsibility for a sustainable future. • Direct contact with customers and reliable support throughout the entire project cycle • Independent planning and implementation of IT projects according to internal specifications • Coordination of all activities with internal teams, customers, and partner companies • Ensuring performance, quality, deadlines, and costs during the ongoing project • Sporadic assignments at customer sites throughout Switzerland Your Skills • Degree (Uni/FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field • Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects in the banking environment • In-depth practical knowledge of core banking systems and payment transactions (Finnova, Avaloq, and TWINT) • Proficient in classical and agile procedural models, recognized project management certification is an advantage • Committed, structured, and solution-oriented; you remain calm even in demanding phases • High self-motivation and audience-appropriate communication, enjoy cross-departmental collaboration • Curious and willing to learn; you quickly dive into new topics and penetrate complex issues • Very good German and English, good French With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
