To support the well-rehearsed team, the company is now looking for a committed and ambitious Junior Construction Manager, 80-100% (w/m/d) Tasks * As a junior construction manager, you will support the project managers in demanding construction projects * In this function, you will control the construction processes, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor subcontractors on the construction sites * You will also be introduced to estimating and calculation * You will also optimize work steps and take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs * You will also ensure a smooth process and be the contact person for architects, specialist planners, contractors, and craftsmen * In this function, an experienced construction manager will be at your side * The workload can be 80% to 100%, depending on your wishes Requirements * You have training as an architectural draftsman / high construction draftsman, mason, carpenter, or similar and have professional experience in Switzerland (w/m/d) * If you want to attend construction management school or are already doing so, this is ideal, but not a requirement * A customer-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working is also an important prerequisite * Do you describe yourself as independent, well-organized, collegial, and communicative?
