Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

For the support of our client in the Basel region, we are looking for an independent and skilled caretaker starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Independent care of approx. 30–50 properties in a fixed area
Contact person for tenants, real estate managers, and service providers
Maintenance work, minor repairs, and general cleaning work
Collaboration in the 5-member caretaker team

Your profile:

Fluent German skills in speaking and writing (Swiss German an advantage)
Basic manual training or experience (e.g., sanitary, heating, electrical, facility management)
Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility
Good manners in customer contact and a hands-on mentality
Valid driver's license Cat. B (manual transmission required)
