For our customer from the region Oftringen AG, a successful and established company in the industry, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as   Machine Operator/ Plant Operator (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Zofingen Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 27.07.2026 Your tasks • Operation: You control and monitor modern glass processing machines. • Setup: You set up the plants for the respective production orders. • Quality: You check the finished glass for scratches, dimensions, and defects. • Maintenance: You clean the machines and rectify minor malfunctions independently. • Logistics: You transport the glass assemblies safely using a crane or vacuum suction cup. Your profile • Experience: Ideally a technical education (e.g., production mechanic, plant operator) or sound experience in machine operation. Experience in handling glass is a plus, but not a must. • Working method: You work precisely, with quality awareness, and have an eye for detail. • Flexibility: You are willing to work in shift operation [e.g., 2-shift / 3-shift]. • Condition: You are physically fit and like to roll up your sleeves. • Language: You understand and speak good German (safety instructions).
