Bern (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% You can make this contribution • Conceive, introduce, and optimize best practices, processes, and instruments in the field of human resources and organizational development for the Defense Group in a future-oriented and practical manner • Advise and support HR Business Partners and line managers on topics such as leadership development, personnel assessment, occupational health management, diversity, etc. • Lead projects from conception to implementation as a project manager • Collaborate in higher-level working groups at the VBS and federal level and ensure internal and external networking with the responsible specialist departments • Regularly appear as a speaker and moderator on your own specialist topics <br /> What makes you unique • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable degree • Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources and organizational development as well as in project management • Communicative and humorous person with a solution-oriented approach and enthusiasm for new approaches • Flair for customer-oriented, conceptual, and interdisciplinary thinking as well as enjoyment of workshops and training sessions • Knowledge of a second official language and affinity for digital HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) are a plus <br /> In a nutshell As part of our team, you will shape the employee commitment and development of the Defense Group.
