Job Description ##

As a lead electrical fitter, you will work independently and be responsible for various construction sites in the new building and shell construction sectors. You will lead and coordinate a small team of up to 5 employees. You will work with personal responsibility and complete orders from order entry through execution to billing under your own management, and you enjoy great trust in your daily work, such as the independent planning of your work in consultation with your future managing director. You are the contact person for secondary branches of the company and are responsible for the scheduling of external skilled workers.

• Training as an Electrical Fitter EFZ or ambivalent
• The will to take on responsibility
• Healthy assertiveness as well as diplomatic negotiation skills
• Good manners
• Independent way of working
• High personal responsibility as well as self-motivation
• Category B driver's license
• Leadership qualities for a small team
• A few years of professional experience are an advantage
