You operate various demanding machines independently or carry out complex, multi-stage manual manufacturing processes. You carry out technical and mechanical adjustments as well as adaptations to the machines precisely. You make simple changes to programs, actively support troubleshooting, and contribute to the rapid resumption of production. You coordinate upstream and downstream work, take on organizational tasks, and ensure the cleaning of your plant area. What you bring Education: No further education or training required Specialization: e.g., Baker-Confectioner, Food Technologist, Plant Operator (m/f/d) or EBA vocational certificate, e.g., Food Practitioner (m/f/d) with sound practical knowledge Professional experience: Initial professional experience, practical experience in an extended area of responsibility (e.g., product knowledge, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations) Readiness for 4-shift operation (7 days in a row including weekends) Secure understanding of production processes and workflows in the production environment; you recognize connections and act proactively.
