Work location: Hirslanden Klinik St. Anna | Luzern Start date: by arrangement Employment type: Permanent Reference number: 72186 When employees are absent for health reasons, someone is needed to maintain an overview, coordinate processes, and bring all parties together with great tact. This is exactly where you come into play. With your structured way of working, you will support our HR Business Partners in Case Management, actively help shape processes, and make an important contribution to occupational health management. YOUR TASKS ## • You coordinate and administer our case management and absence files from A to Z • You are the organizational hub between employees, managers, HR Business Partners, as well as external agencies (IV, insurance companies, etc.) • You professionally prepare discussions, documents, and decision-making bases and ensure follow-up • You analyze key figures, create reports, and support the further development of our absence and case management • Together with the HR Business Partners and the HR Manager, you actively help shape processes and standards in occupational health management • You organize, coordinate, and lead our Welcome Day for new employees YOUR PROFILE ## • Commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in an administrative HR function - ideally in the healthcare or social insurance environment • You work in a very structured, independent manner and never lose track even when dealing with several topics simultaneously • You are an organizational talent, service-oriented, and approach people with empathy and discretion • You have a high IT affinity and move confidently in Microsoft 365 as well as digital HR systems • Knowledge of labor or social insurance law or further training in Case Management is a plus OUR OFFER • A responsible task with a lot of creative freedom and an activity that makes a real difference awaits you with us • You will work in a dedicated HR team, contribute your ideas, and actively develop our processes further • Look forward to modern employment conditions, attractive benefits, and a working environment in which cooperation at eye level is lived • Does that all sound good?
