The role… In this staff function, you will support the Director Global Quality with strategic and operational quality topics. You will take over the independent processing of quality-relevant projects and drive improvement initiatives to increase product reliability as well as the continuous further development of our quality management system (QMS). In doing so, you will convince through sound technical expertise, analytical thinking skills, and a structured approach. How you will make a difference… Leading Six-Sigma projects (DMAIC, 6S) to identify, analyze, and eliminate causes of errors and deviations, also in the quality management system (QMS) Applying statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) to monitor process capability and improve production results Supporting the processing of non-conformities (NCR) as well as leading 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, and Root-Cause-Analysis-(RCA) activities Developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) including control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Conducting supplier audits as well as supporting the qualification of new materials to ensure the quality of incoming materials Training and coaching employees in Six-Sigma methods, quality awareness, and problem-solving techniques What you bring with you… Completed technical studies (FH/ETH/Uni) with further training in quality management or a comparable field of expertise Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the medical technology, pharma, mechanical engineering, or automotive industry Technical understanding in the areas of plastic injection molding, toolmaking, and/or automation Confident handling of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 15378) as well as with Six Sigma (at least Green Belt) and Quality Core Tools such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, and CAPA Experience as an auditor and project management experience Very good German and English skills in spoken and written (at least level C1) What do we offer?
