Hotel FIVE Zurich stands for a modern lifestyle concept and culinary experiences on an international level. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Commis de Cuisine, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Preparation and plating of dishes according to our quality standards
• Creation of the daily mise en place
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable hygiene and safety regulations
• Support of the Chef de Cuisine
• Assistance with the daily cleaning work in the kitchen

Your profile

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• EFZ as a Cook or comparable training
• Team-oriented, independent and responsible way of working
• High professional competence combined with social competence as well as joy in dealing with international guests and colleagues
• Good English skills
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU ID/passport
