Mason Foreperson or Construction Foreman Structural Engineering (m/f/d) – 100 %

Our client is a construction company with around 20 employees and a very personal, familial team spirit. The focus is on realizing mainly smaller new buildings such as single-family houses as well as conversions – all work including civil engineering is carried out with own personnel, without pieceworkers.

Your tasks:
Independent management of construction sites in structural engineering (new buildings and conversions)
Leadership, scheduling and instruction of a team of 3 to 4 employees
Active participation in all masonry and civil engineering work
Coordination with construction management and other stakeholders
Maintaining work documents and reports

Your profile:
Completed training as Maurer/in EFZ or Baupraktiker/in EBA
Further training as Vorarbeiter/in or Baupolier/in is an advantage
Construction site and leadership experience in Switzerland is mandatory
Good physical condition and resilience for working on the construction site
Good German skills in speaking and writing (work documents)
Driver's license Cat. B is mandatory
