Your tasks

• Receiving and looking after customers in the customer zone
• Advising on accounts, cards, payment transactions and other basic products
• Selling standardized investment and pension solutions up to CHF 50'000
• Identifying customer needs and actively utilizing cross-selling opportunities
• Managing the customer and 24h zone including cash management and safe deposit facilities
• Supporting the branch management and customer advisory with administrative tasks

Your profile

• Training as Kaufmann EFZ, specialization Bank or comparable experience in the financial services sector
• Experience in customer advisory and enjoyment of daily contact with people
• High service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Sympathetic, professional appearance
• Regional anchoring or strong connection to Engelberg and surroundings
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
