To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a: Grinding Mechanic 100% (F/H/X) Your mission At the heart of product development, you realize prototypes and high-precision tooling, often unique, in a stimulating technical environment. You support and train our apprentices throughout the duration of their curriculum. Your responsibilities Setup on centerless grinding, flat lapping, and superfinishing machines Setup for tribofinishing operations Execution of machining operations by material removal Control of the various machined parts Guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards First-level maintenance of equipment Your profile You hold a CFC in production mechanic, polymechanic, or a training deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function Comfortable in reading blueprints and machining complex parts with full autonomy Good knowledge of ISO programming Methodical, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and the ability to organize your work and priorities according to expectations Frequent use of MS Office IT tools Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE) Working hours: day shift, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
