• 29 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich About us To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for, as soon as possible or by agreement, at our Zurich site, a person to be engaged as a D365 Product Owner (F&O + Power Platform), 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks • Technical product responsibility for D365 F&O and the Power Platform, including the maintenance and prioritization of the Product Backlog as well as the conduct of agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and execution • Taking on the responsibility of Application Owner for D365 F&O, including ensuring stable application operation, management of releases, changes and incidents, governance as well as coordination of internal and external support partners • Analysis and optimization of business processes as well as translation of requirements into User Stories, functional concepts and feasible solution designs • Practical implementation of requirements in D365 F&O through functional designs and parameterization or configuration in close collaboration with specialized departments and the technical team • Thought partner for the D365 CRM Product Manager as well as the management and implementation of ERP and evolution projects, including the management of external partners and coordination of cross-functional teams • Maintaining relations with stakeholders at all levels as well as proactive communication on the status, results and impact of the delivered solutions • Support for end-to-end implementation by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment support and ensuring the implementation of improvements • Continuous improvement of the platform and working methods, for example through optimizations of processes and systems • Responsibility for AI-related topics in the D365 environment, including identification, prioritization and implementation of AI use cases, AI-assisted automations as well as solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate Your profile • University degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, business informatics or a related field • Several years of experience, ideally at least three years, in the ERP field • Deep knowledge of financial and operational processes as well as practical experience in the configuration and parameterization of D365 F&O modules, including Payroll Swiss • Experience as a Product Owner, functional consultant or in a similar role; ideally also responsible for the operation and lifecycle of business-critical applications • Mastery of Product Backlog management and agile working environments • Excellent stakeholder management skills, very good communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Experience in project management as well as in the coordination of teams and external partners • Very good native-level knowledge of German as well as very good skills in English, both oral and written • An asset is experience with Microsoft Power Platform, a good understanding of AI use cases and AI-assisted automations as well as Microsoft D365 certifications • An additional plus is experience in the implementation or extension of enterprise ERP systems as well as a qualification in accounting (e.g. CA/CPA) or deep knowledge in accounting Our offer S-GE offers you a fascinating activity at the interface between politics and international economy in a modern working environment in the heart of Zurich.
