The company identifies attractive sources of supply, utilizes price and availability differences in various markets, and supplies retail customers with high-demand brand items.

Job Description ##

• Support in the care and development of Swiss retail customers in the food and FMCG sector
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, category managers, and other contact persons in retail
• Identification of new sales opportunities, assortment potentials, and commercial opportunities
• Preparation of offers, price analyses, margin calculations, and customer-specific presentations
• Accompanying negotiations on prices, conditions, volumes, and delivery possibilities
• Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, finance, and management
• Analysis of market prices, availabilities, competitive movements, and retail trends
• Support in the further expansion of the Swiss business and perspectively further markets

The Successful Applicant ##

• Initial experience in key account management, sales, category management, or business development
• Connection to the Swiss retail, food, FMCG, or trading environment is an advantage
• Understanding of retail customers and their commercial requirements
• Very good Excel skills as well as enjoyment of numbers, margins, prices, and analyses
• Sales-oriented personality with initiative, drive, and negotiation skills
• Good eye for detail and ability to work cleanly in a fast-paced environment
• Local market knowledge in German-speaking Switzerland, ideally in the Zug or Zürich area
• Fluent German and good English skills; French is an advantage
