For our customer in Pratteln, we are looking for immediately: Senior Operations Engineer (m/f/d) 100% - permanent You benefit from: • A varied and responsible activity in an innovative company in the chemical industry • Exciting maintenance, optimization, and investment projects • Modern production facilities and attractive development opportunities • Attractive employment conditions as well as long-term perspectives • A collegial, appreciative, and dynamic working environment What awaits you: • Ensuring a safe, reliable, and production-compliant state of the technical facilities • Supporting the maintenance manager in the development and implementation of a sustainable maintenance program • Leading maintenance projects, CAPEX projects, as well as plant shutdowns including planning, coordination, and implementation • Conducting weakness analyses and criticality analyses as well as development and implementation of sustainable optimization measures • Evaluation and introduction of new technologies in the field of process engineering • Responsibility for the maintenance budget as well as the operational CAPEX budget in close coordination with the maintenance manager and the department management • Supporting the operations assistants with complex process engineering questions • Participation in the creation and updating of risk analyses as well as in the continuous improvement of safety standards What distinguishes you: • Successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable discipline (Master of Science or Master of Engineering) • Several years of professional experience as an operations engineer, process engineer, or in a comparable position within the chemical industry • Profound knowledge of chemical process engineering as well as industrial production processes • Willingness to quickly acquire profound SAP knowledge • Passion for complex chemical-technical processes and continuous process optimization • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong communication skills • Leadership competence with a focus on promoting and demanding, personal responsibility, proactive working, as well as an open, appreciative, and binding leadership culture You have the talent, we offer the platform!
