Job Description ##

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall performance monitoring of a real estate portfolio
• Participate in the preparation of analysis and decision-making support documents
• Update financial modeling and monitoring tools
• Perform ad hoc analyses (market, assets, scenarios)
• Support the execution of projects related to assets (improvement, repositioning, operation)
• Ensure coordination and the flow of information between stakeholders
• Support the production of internal and external reporting
• Guarantee the reliability and updating of data

The Successful Applicant ##

• University degree related to finance, real estate, or economics
• Successful first experience in real estate investment or real estate financial analysis, ideally in Switzerland
• Good mastery of financial modeling tools, in particular Excel
• Ability to manipulate data and structure analyses
• Rigorous mindset and sense of organization
• Good communication and synthesis skills
• Ease in a collaborative environment
