R&D Teamlead Technik (m/w/d)

Your tasks ### • Leadership and further development of the team (3 MA) consisting of engineers and CAD designers in Flawil as well as deputy for the Head of Mechanical Design • Development of customer-specific tool solutions as well as new products for OEM and customer projects from technical conception to implementation • Creation of the required technical product documentation as well as planning and execution of tests and measurement series • Technical support for Sales, Applications and other internal interfaces as well as consulting for customer and OEM projects • Optimization of working methods, tools and development processes as well as ensuring uniform standards for 3D modeling Your profile ### • Technical training in the mechanical field with further training as a mechanical engineer HF/FH or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the development and design of precision mechanical products, ideally in machine tool engineering • Ideally experience in the functional and personnel leadership of smaller teams • Very good 3D-CAD knowledge as well as experience with MS Office and SAP • Analytical, solution-oriented and communicative personality with a high awareness of quality • Business fluent in German and English --------------------
