The Service des bâtiments develops large new construction or renovation projects by promoting architecture competitions and intended for the activities of the Etat de Fribourg: Education, Justice and Police, Social domain, Administration, Research laboratories, Logistics are some of the areas in which we pilot the projects of the State. To find out more, follow this [link](< >).Your missions * You represent the public Client by piloting one of the largest projects in the Canton of Fribourg, exceeding 100 million CHF * You are the head of the "project" company in all its dimensions: economic, planning, architectural program, and risks & opportunities * Your mission is to successfully carry out this undertaking, i.e., to deliver a building in an urban, complex site, for a demanding user, and in a context of exemplarity with respect to previous elements; you collaborate with all stakeholders, whether they are internal to the State, external or private * Your role is to coordinate studies and implementation in compliance with the development of a large project subject to public procurement: financial control, architectural ambitions, compliance with directives, particularly regarding sustainability, direction and motivation of internal teams and contractors are familiar tasks to you * You are a personality capable of making proposals, attracted by challenges, comfortable in multi-factor projects, endowed with leadership and an excellent ability to communicate * Within the framework of the autonomy conferred upon you, you know how to keep your hierarchical superiors informed by anticipating themes to be escalated Profile desired * Master's in architecture or in civil engineering or training deemed equivalent, ideally completed by a CAS in construction project management * You have several years of professional experience in the management of complex real estate projects * You are familiar with matrix organizations and demonstrate ease in human relations * You master the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Contact details of contact persons Caroline Boscacci, Head of HR Sector [Write an email](< >) T jpid3eaf913jm jpit0937jm jpiy26jm
