Your contribution

• Perform work on armored vehicles (protected vehicles for troop transport, wheeled combat vehicles, and reconnaissance vehicles)
• Perform maintenance of material, systems, and subsystems within your area of competence
• Execute technical mandates independently
• Support the troops in operations for the takeover and delivery of material in Switzerland and abroad
• Train, accompany, and evaluate apprentices according to the assigned training program

What distinguishes you

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician (agricultural machinery mechanic, commercial vehicle mechanic, car mechanic), construction machinery mechanic, or equivalent professional qualification
• Category C driving license required; category CE is desirable
• Suva-recognized forklift license is an advantage
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language

It provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
