Service Desk Employee

What you can achieve

• You represent our location in Langenthal as the first point of contact for our customers – competently, friendly, and with a service-oriented manner.
• You take incoming telephone calls and process them professionally.
• You record and prioritize customer requests and forward them to sales or service if necessary.
• You act as a central interface between customers, sales consulting, and our service advisor team and ensure an efficient flow of information at all times.
• You undertake various administrative or organizational tasks.
• You additionally support our customer service consulting with appointment coordination for vehicle service or during the tire change season.
