Tasks:

• Electrical assembly of machines and systems according to circuit diagrams, parts lists and assembly documents
• Connecting control cabinets, terminal strips and electrical components
• Laying, securing and labeling cables and lines
• Assembly and tubing of valve islands, cylinders and actuators according to pneumatic plans
• Installation and connection of sensors, motors and operating elements
• Configuration and parameterization of laser systems according to technical specifications
• Independent pre-assembly of electrical and pneumatic assemblies
• Wiring and tubing of components
• Professional labeling and provision of pre-assembled assemblies
• Carrying out quality and function tests during and after assembly
• Identifying and reporting deviations, faulty parts or material shortages
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Profile:

• Completed training as an Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ or comparable technical basic training
• Experience in machine, system or special machine construction is an advantage
• Secure reading of electrical and pneumatic plans
• Independent, precise and reliable working method
• Technical understanding and quality awareness
• Team-oriented personality with high self-initiative
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
