To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as Project Management Real Estate Development.

Your role – responsibility and scope for design

As Project Management Real Estate Development, you bear the responsibility for the strategic and operational management of four to five projects. You are significantly involved in the successful implementation of our real estate projects and work closely with the areas of acquisition, marketing, and realization.

Your tasks:

• Strategic project development: You lead the development of our new-build projects from the initial idea to construction readiness and handover to realization.
• Usage concept: Close cooperation with the areas of acquisition and marketing to develop market-oriented usage concepts and to identify and evaluate suitable building plots in the Lake Zurich region.
• Economic efficiency: You create and conduct project-related economic efficiency calculations, liquidity, and schedule plans interdisciplinarily, involving marketing and realization. In doing so, you ensure the economic viability of our projects and continuously optimize the return.
• Project management & team leadership: You lead and manage interdisciplinary internal and external project teams as well as authorities and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Communication: Through your strong communication skills, you inspire external partners, neighbors, the team, and the management, and actively bring about solutions.
• Quality & sustainability: You ensure that our construction projects meet our architectural, functional, and sustainable quality standards.

What you bring with you – Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate development, ideally with a focus on condominiums
• Completed studies with profound knowledge in architecture, general planning, construction, or planning law
• Negotiating strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong understanding of economic contexts
• Team-oriented and strong-communicating personality with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
