In order to lead the Food, Non-Food and Beverages sector team of our Chavannes-Renens market, we are looking for, for a suitable start, FNFB Department Manager - 100% As a Department Manager, you lead a team of 20 to 30 employees. You optimize the resources of your sector and develop commercial activities, while maintaining a positive and professional working environment Your main responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of 30 employees with the help of sector managers. Ensure an optimal distribution of resources (schedule management) based on customer flow. Develop and implement long-term action plans. Offer a warm welcome and professional service to your customers. Manage goods flow, from arrival to sale. Supervise inventories, control waste, and guarantee compliance with HACCP standards. Energize the department with commercial initiatives. Profile sought: Field manager with confirmed experience in managing a team of more than 10 people Notable experience in commerce and sales involving large volumes. Experience in the food sector is an asset.
