MAIN TASKS • Independently manage the hotel services of a floor • Prepare rooms • Welcome patients (explanations, luggage, accompaniment to room) • Manage meal orders taking into account possible nutritional restrictions or other special requests • Manage the distribution of meals and perform room service • Manage requests (flowers, concierge, visitor meals, etc.) • Organize patient departures (luggage, transport) • Participate in bar service (light catering) • Participate in the service and setup of internal or external Hirslanden events YOUR PROFILE • You have recognized training in hospitality and benefit from experience in a luxury environment or in a healthcare establishment • Your language skills are an important asset for our clientele: thus, you express yourself as well in French as in English • Discreet, with an excellent presentation and endowed with a developed sense of service, you know how to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele • Flexible and available (irregular hours including weekends) WE OFFER YOU In addition to an attractive workplace in the heart of Lausanne, you will join a dynamic team that looks forward to welcoming you within a human-sized structure.
