Your contribution

• Provide advice to clients, account managers, and project managers in choosing the most appropriate market service and operating mode
• Direct projects relating to the life cycle of our clients' specialist applications
• Provide support to product managers in the further technical and commercial development of the market services for which they are responsible
• Coordinate and direct the entry point as the central point of contact for requests relating to application management
• Coordinate and further develop cross-divisional processes, in collaboration with the specialist sectors, IT Operations, and Security, for the integration of new specialist applications, their decommissioning, as well as for testing, monitoring, and incident analysis
• Direct and optimize application management processes

What distinguishes you

• Diploma (SUP) in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in application management, service management, or IT portfolio management
• In-depth knowledge of the functioning of IT applications, IT service management, and various operating and service models
• Analytical and conceptual approach as well as the ability to present complex topics appropriately to different interlocutors
• Professional conduct towards clients and internal stakeholders as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
