In the Competence Center Compact Sweepers, we develop and produce our compact sweeper vehicles in close cooperation at the locations Switzerland, Germany and Latvia. For the succession of our long-standing Human Resources Director, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and humanly convincing personality starting in early 2027. Your mission You are responsible for the strategic and operative HR leadership for our international Competence Center Compact Sweepers and are a member of the Management Team. Together with the managers, you ensure that the right people can work at the right time in the right places.
