As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

Join us as a corporate client manager in occupational pension schemes (m/f).

Missions

• Develop and retain a portfolio of corporate clients through targeted actions and a proactive approach
• Identify and realize upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and evolution
• Be the reference interlocutor for corporate clients and their executives
• Accompany clients and carry out presentations to their employees
• Provide professional expertise and support sales teams in their processes with clients and prospects
• Identify client needs and development opportunities
• Actively contribute to the quality of the client experience
• Participate in the development and implementation of client and product strategies

Your profile

• Excellent mastery of the occupational pension scheme field (LPP)
• Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with a corporate clientele in occupational pension schemes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with real ease in public speaking
• Ease in establishing trusting professional relationships with interlocutors of different levels
• Strong sense of business development and ability to identify needs with clients and the resulting opportunities
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative
• Good mastery of English and/or German, an asset
• Flexibility and availability according to client needs.
