Profile * Bachelor of Science HES-SO degree in nursing (or equivalent), recognized by the Red Cross for foreign diplomas; * Minimum of 3 years professional experience; * Interest in the care of the elderly; * Proficiency in common IT tools; * Desired knowledge of the RAI assessment tool; * Great ability to adapt and manage difficult situations (psycho-geriatrics); * Strong sense of responsibility and propensity to take initiatives; * Autonomy, dynamism, and natural calmness; * Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team with strong communication and listening skills; * Physical and mental resilience; * Proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written; * Additional training in psycho-geriatrics or palliative care would be an asset, as would an in-depth knowledge of the Montessori method according to Cameron Camp. Mission * Provide adapted and quality care, taking into account the individual needs of the residents and their capacities; * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to guarantee personalized and optimal care; * Adopt conduct in accordance with professional ethics; * Promote coordination between residents, their relatives and/or families, by establishing strong relationships with the latter; * Ensure the supervision of the team, students, or trainees, while sharing knowledge; * Actively participate in institutional projects.
