Draftsman Specializing in Architecture

For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced personality as  Draftsman Specializing in Architecture ###  Your tasks • Creation of project, execution, and detail plans in CAD • Implementation of sketches in CAD • Independent handling of building applications • Direct contact and clarification with authorities and building authorities • Support of the project team in solving drafting challenges and construction-related questions • Close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals • Co-responsibility, monitoring, and updating of planning documents according to construction progress • Everyday administrative and office work  Our requirements • Completed training as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture or completed studies in the field of architecture • Professional experience in execution planning • In-depth knowledge of creating concepts, projects, execution, and detail plans • Knowledge and application of valid Swiss building standards, norms, and regulations • Independent measurement and surveying of existing buildings • Strengths in spatial and design thinking • Confident handling of common CAD programs (preferably Vektor-Works) • Knowledge of 3D and BIM planning is an advantage   If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate and email your complete application documents with photo and salary expectation to us. • Permanent position • Full Time • 8200 Schaffhausen • Published 2 days ago
