What to expect

• You are the primary contact for the world of numbers of our real estate direct investment portfolios and the operating cost structure within the Real Estate Management Team
• You are responsible for the internal/external portfolio reporting of the Real Estate asset class and contribute improvement ideas
• You create ad hoc analyses and presentations and are in contact with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers
• You coordinate quarterly closings and budget/forecast processes of our property portfolios
• You work together with international Generali Real Estate on controlling and reporting topics and contribute to international projects
• You work closely with the local Head Real Estate and the portfolio management team and act as a sparring partner for all portfolio finance issues
• The earnings management of the client portfolios is partly your responsibility and you work closely with our Portfolio Management and the client side in doing so
• The external property appraiser and our valuation processes are scheduled and managed by you
• You are responsible for data management and administration in our portfolio management systems
• At the interface between portfolio management, external management/other service providers and the client side, you contribute supportively with your quantitative know-how
• You accompany portfolio presentations and represent the Head Real Estate in finance matters if required

What you bring with you

• Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) at a (institutional) Real Estate Asset Manager or comparable asset class from the world of alternative investments
• Motivation to grow with new tasks, topics and areas of responsibility and to develop quickly
• A positive mindset: You focus on opportunities without ignoring risks, you manage your resources flexibly and efficiently and can prioritize topics: You have an eye for the essentials
• Completed degree in business administration or commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of real estate/alternative investments is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with IAZI REPM/Immopac
• Application experience and great interest in working with AI models
• Quick comprehension, affinity for numbers, interest in real estate and networked thinking
• German and English fluent in spoken and written language. If you additionally bring French/Italian skills, this is an advantage for your role
