As part of the development of our client's activities, we are recruiting a Branch Director for an engineering office in the field of civil and structural engineering in Lausanne.

Missions:

• You lead and carry out studies, tenders, and the implementation of projects for structures, civil engineering works, and civil engineering.
• You will participate in the recruitment of civil engineer profiles as well as the commercial development of the office
• You assume the financial and contractual management of multidisciplinary projects, as well as relations with clients and actively participate in the acquisition and development of projects.

What you bring:

• Proven experience of more than 10 years in the field of civil engineering, building structure and/or civil engineering works in Switzerland
• A network of professionals in the real estate and construction field
• Your proven experience in Switzerland and your knowledge of SIA standards allow you to support our clients through all phases of our mandates.
• Your ability to obtain new mandates in the office's fields
• The qualities of a director: leadership, communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills
