We are looking for you as a committed, empathetic, and team-oriented personality to help build the area of vocational integration with joy and experience and to actively help shape our daily structure.

Your Impact

• You bring the perspective of vocational integration into Stiftung Schönhalde and thus make an important contribution to a holistic offering.

Your Tasks

• Co-responsibility for the establishment and further development of vocational integration within Stiftung Schönhalde.
• Responsibility for orders from IV offices in the area of vocational measures.
• Case management and individual support of integration measures.
• Support and accompaniment in job coaching.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist agencies and other stakeholders.
• Documentation of case developments and creation of reports.
• Acquisition, establishment, and maintenance of contacts with companies for internships, work assignments, and other professional opportunities.

You fit us if -

• you bring experience in vocational reintegration and a good understanding of the labor market.
• you have sound knowledge in the social insurance sector, particularly disability insurance (Invalidenversicherung).
• you bring experience in supporting people with mental health challenges.
• you work empathetically, reliably, and in a team-oriented manner and can bring different perspectives together.
• you work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are at the same time open to change.
