PROGRAM MANAGER MISSIONSYSTEM

In this role, the Program Manager Mission System is responsible for the planning, steering, and successful implementation of mission system programs while adhering to cost, quality, and schedule targets.

These are your tasks

• Responsibility for the successful execution of demanding customer projects and programs
• Control of costs, schedules, quality as well as risks and changes
• Coordination and leadership of customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring contractually compliant delivery of all agreed services
• Monitoring of financial program targets and regular reporting to management
• Continuous optimization of project and program processing

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in the field of engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics or industrial engineering)
• Commercial background or corresponding further training is an advantage
• Military background desirable, ideally in the reconnaissance environment (RECCE)
• Several years of experience in project management
• Industry experience, preferably in the defense or automotive industry
• Business fluent English skills in spoken and written (level C1/C2)
• High level of personal responsibility and pronounced independence
• Willingness to travel of approx. 20 %
• Pronounced intercultural competence and cultural awareness with a strong communication personality
