Caretaker

To strengthen our team at the Baar location, we are looking for a 1 Caretaker 100% immediately or by arrangement

The advertised position includes the following main tasks in the greater Lucerne area:

• Cleaning work
• Inspection rounds for heating and sanitary systems, reading meters
• Minor repair work
• Outdoor work such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and snow removal

Your requirements

• A requirement for an application is a recommendation by one of our employees
• Experience in facility management
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and initiative
• Customer-oriented appearance
• German language mandatory
• Driving license category B
