Position Brief Overview

550 employees, responsible for the production of high-quality infant formula for domestic and foreign markets, shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high demands on our team daily in terms of compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?

To strengthen our Fill & Pack department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible personality as a Plant Operator.

A day in the life of a Plant Operator

• Product and can manufacturing in compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations as well as according to NGMP and SOPs
• Execution of line laboratory analyses and recording of production, malfunction reports and checklists
• Execution of cleanings according to work instructions
• Ensuring careful handling of raw and packaging materials as well as energies, equipment, laboratory devices and cleaning agents
• Understanding of the TPM process and alignment of activities at the line with its goals
• Daily work with DMO (Digital Manufacturing Objects) and SAP (time accounting and material accounting)
• Support with technical problems
• Readiness for shift and weekend work (4-shift operation)

What makes you successful

• Successfully completed training in the packaging sector or as a food technologist (EFZ) or a comparable training with corresponding qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the same or a similar function
• Strong technical flair and interest in technical innovations
• Team player, flexible, proactive and open-minded personality
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills
• Good IT skills
