-Training as an activation specialist or a comparable qualification
-Experience in activation and supporting older people is an advantage
-Joy in working with people and a genuine interest in their individual life stories

-Empathy, patience and respectful interaction with our residents
-Independent, reliable and structured way of working
-Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
-Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team
-Good German language skills and good understanding of dialect

Your tasks
-Planning, organization and implementation of individual and group activations
-Design of a varied and needs-oriented activation program
-Promotion of the social, cognitive, emotional and physical resources of our residents
-Individual accompaniment and support in everyday life
-Recognizing and taking into account personal interests, abilities and needs
-Organization and implementation of excursions, events and seasonal activities
-Collaboration and exchange with nursing and care
-Documentation of the implemented activations
-Further development and co-design of our activation offering
