Your field of activity - here you make your mark

• Management of the electrical planning department - You take responsibility for exciting projects in the field of electrical planning - from the offer to the handover
• Technical and personnel leadership of the assigned employees - You lead your project team, plan resources, and keep an eye on costs and deadlines
• Creation of plans and diagrams - You support our project managers for electrical installation
• Technical and administrative management of exciting small and large projects in all of Eastern Switzerland - You work independently, take responsibility, and remain focused even in hectic phases.
• Independent processing of all SIA phases - from planning through tendering to implementation
• Exchange and cooperation with other Business Units and external partners - You maintain contact with customers and coordinate with internal interfaces

What you bring with you - your profile with energy

• Vocational training as an Electrical Planner EFZ or Electrical Installer EFZ with further training to Project Manager or currently in training for it
• Experience in project management, ideally in the industrial or renovation segment
• You want to shape, take responsibility, and further develop your field of expertise
• CAD knowledge, NPK experience, and a general IT affinity
• Joy in technically complex tasks and an independent, communicative way of working
• Team spirit, openness, and commitment are a matter of course for you
