Tinsmith / Flat and pitched roof tiler (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of building envelopes and roofing in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced and reliable tinsmith and/or flat and pitched roof tiler (m/f/d) for versatile assignments on new construction and renovation projects, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this varied activity, you will undertake a wide spectrum of work related to the building envelope. You will carry out tinsmithing work on flat and pitched roofs and are responsible for the installation and repair of gutters, downpipes, sheet metal cladding, and connections. Your area of responsibility also includes tiling and renovating pitched roofs as well as waterproofing work on flat roofs. You will process different materials such as sheet metal, bitumen, plastic sheets, and insulation materials and undertake the installation of roof windows, flashings, and other roof elements. Furthermore, you will carry out repair, maintenance, and renovation work independently and according to technical specifications and plans.

Requirements

Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a Spengler EFZ, Dachdecker EFZ, Abdichter EFZ, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the flat and/or pitched roof sector as well as pronounced manual skills characterize you. You work independently, carefully, and reliably, are physically resilient, and do not suffer from vertigo. Good German language skills as well as a category B driver's license are an advantage. As a team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility, you fit well into a motivated working environment.
