• Welcoming customers
• Taking orders
• Table service
• Setting tables
• Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of spaces
• Suggesting dishes and wines

• Large terraces with many movements

• Work in high heat during the summer period
• Simultaneous management of a large number of tables and customers
