Management position in the estate department, 80-100% What awaits you You lead several estate teams with currently 16 employees. The development and promotion of people is your passion. You are a sparring partner for your team leaders and their employees in complex inheritance cases and contribute your technical expertise. You take the lead in demanding customer cases and advise the customers yourself. You further develop processes, optimize workflows, and participate in the strategic direction of the estate department.
