Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career or an experienced professional with management experience looking for a position combining operational leadership, strategic vision, and practical responsibility? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations while being supported at every step?

Your journey begins at our Enterprise station at the Geneva airport, where you will work closely with experienced teams, develop strong customer relationships, and evolve towards your future role.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed or nearing completion of higher education
• Preferably initial leadership experience
• Motivating, supportive, and helpful team player with a strong hands-on mentality
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented spirit
• Passion for customer interaction, sales, and delivering exceptional service
• Fast and autonomous learner
• Proficiency in French and English (other languages are a plus)
• Availability to work shifted hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays, etc.)
• Valid category B driver's license
