tasks

• as an all-rounder, you will process and accompany demanding renovation construction projects
• the focus lies in project development, project management and in execution, design area only for projects to be processed personally
• furthermore, you will participate in the design of renovation projects and new buildings as well as in cost estimation
• the implementation of building permit procedures as well as project and execution planning also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• if suitable and interested, there is the possibility to develop condition analyses of existing properties
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a Swiss education / further training as an architect
• alternatively, a structural draftsman / architectural draftsman or mason / carpenter with further training as a construction manager, project manager or construction technician HF structural engineering is also conceivable
