Product Manager Cloud Foundation (m/w/d)

What you can move.

• As Product Manager for the Cloud Foundation, you manage the product portfolio, align the strategy, and thus create the technological basis for stable and secure applications of the SBB.
• Together with the Solution management and the Product Owners, you develop the product vision and the roadmap and translate them into actionable projects.
• Through professional leadership and coaching, you strengthen the Product Owners in the Agile Release Train and prioritize and coordinate their workflows.
• Along the entire product lifecycle, you identify the needs of customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so that the solutions provide tangible benefits.
• You ensure availability, quality and business relevance and are responsible for the impact based on clear key figures and target agreements.
• You plan and coordinate releases with internal and external partners, ensure transparency in dialogue with stakeholders and work closely with legal, compliance, operations, development, support and finance.

What you bring with you.

• With your development-oriented and result-oriented leadership, you strengthen teams, promote trust and enable self-responsible cooperation.
• With clear communication, you reach different stakeholders and convey complex matters understandably.
• You have sound experience in agile working methods and bring several years of practice as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in scaled environments with an Agile Release Train.
• You set priorities confidently and coordinate workflows across multiple teams, while consistently developing the strategy and roadmap.
• You bring broad technical knowledge in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, sovereign cloud, data center infrastructure, network and application security.
• You master German at least at level C1 and English at level B2.
