These tasks will inspire you

• Leadership and development of a team of 8 employees in the areas of brewing and mixing
• Ensuring smooth and timely production in compliance with defined quality, quantity, and time specifications
• Responsibility for the monitoring, control, and coordination of all production processes in the brewhouse and the mixing plant
• Continuous further development of the brewhouse and mixing plant with a focus on increasing productivity, process optimization, and quality assurance
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work in cooperation with the technical service
• Participation in the development of new products and product concepts
• Promotion of efficient and cross-departmental cooperation to optimize production processes

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training with further training as a Master Brewer
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a responsible management position in the manufacturing food or beverage industry
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working with a strong sense of quality
• Strong technical understanding and sound knowledge in brewery and production technology
• Empathic and team-oriented leadership personality with high self-motivation and sense of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of SAP as well as very good user knowledge in MS Office
