An established, upbeat and motivated team with joy in their job Independent activity thanks to entrepreneurial freedom A respectful cooperation based on mutual trust Preparation of loan applications including the creation of loan templates and contract documents for corporate clients, real estate developers, general contractors and their exponents Management of existing loan positions, preparation and execution of periodic re-approvals, construction loan processing in compliance with regulatory requirements Analysis of annual financial statements Support of the corporate client advisors in all administrative matters including pre- / post-processing of meetings Telephone and written correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and other banks Opportunity to support the development of trainees and employees What do you bring with you? Enjoyment of work and a good dose of humor and teamwork, quick comprehension as well as networked and analytical thinking Completed banking training with many years of experience and comprehensive specialist knowledge in the area of loans and mortgages.
