Hinwil \| 80-100% The contribution you can make • Assume overall responsibility for the Transmission/Communication/Electronic Systems/General Workshops department with specialist areas of Communication Systems, Weapon Systems and Technical Systems in the CLEs-H sector • Ensure specialist and personnel management of four subordinate employees, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation and job planning • Direct and monitor all maintenance and repair processes in areas of responsibility • Ensure efficient, safe and high-quality operation of the workshop, respecting all relevant criteria • Assume responsibility for financial aspects of cost centers, including budgeting, cost control and implementation of optimization measures • Further strategic development of the department in terms of organization, processes, technologies and resource utilization <br /> What sets you apart • Apprenticeship in a multimedia, computer science or electronics field, as a mechanic or in a related profession • Advanced professional training in a technical field, with additional qualifications in computer science, telematics or communication systems, ideally related to security-relevant technical systems or complex technical systems; or advanced training in leadership management, business administration or project and process management • Responsible management behavior, focused on safety and quality, taking into account experience in managing a large team (ideally in a decentralized organization with multiple locations) • In-depth understanding of complex, interconnected technical systems and their application in security-relevant contexts • Structured problem-solving skills and analytical approach • High willingness to learn and affinity for new technologies <br /> In summary Are complex systems, cross-organizational processes and strategic implementation the challenges you are looking for?
