Together with experienced colleagues, you will ensure smooth 1st- and 2nd-level support for LGT Bank Schweiz. In our multilingual work environment, you will undertake the following tasks: You support our internal customers via telephone, remote, or directly on-site. You receive user inquiries, analyze problems, and find suitable solutions independently or in cooperation with internal specialist departments. You maintain our knowledge base and create training documents to continuously improve our support offering. You are willing to travel within Switzerland and support our locations if required. Your profile We are looking for a motivated personality with a high service orientation and technical know-how. You bring the following qualifications: Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or comparable qualification with demonstrable further training in the IT field Strong IT affinity as well as a strong awareness of service and quality Sound knowledge in hardware as well as Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Teams etc.) Experience in the area of mobile communication, especially with iOS devices.
