ZUGTRUST AG in Cham is an established fiduciary company specializing in the support of national and international clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Fiduciary Clerk (80% – 100%, m/f/d). Tasks

In this versatile position, you will undertake, among other things, the following activities:

• Maintaining financial accounting for national and international clients
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Support with tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Advising and supporting our clients on fiduciary matters

Qualifications

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the fiduciary field (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Management or currently in training for it)
• Experience in accounting and fiduciary affairs
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and tax regulations
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally with fiduciary software (e.g., Abacus, Sage)
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Friendly and professional appearance as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English and/or French skills are an advantage
